The second offers a new way of thinking about time, space, gravity and relativity.
The third is a new way of looking at charge and the fundamental particles of the vacuum.
Chapter four is the electric universe theory of galaxy, star and planetary formation.
Chapter five is a variety of topics concerning charge, light and astrophysics.
Finally the sixth is an organic view of the cosmos and a spiritual view of the Universe.
A repudiation of materialism, this is a Universalist philosophy.
